Who we are

A dream to share

Since 1977 we turn local people into a team of professionals. Here: who we are, who believed in it first, where we work and the people you will meet.

We don’t just look for agents: we build careers in the most beautiful place to work.

We are the leading real-estate agency in Agordino, between the Belluno Dolomites and Val di Fassa. Those who join Dolomitissime find training, method and a network of colleagues who share goals and results — on both the property sales and the holiday-home side.

A word from the founders

The people who built Dolomitissime tell you about it

Our philosophy

To help.

There is a single word behind everything we do. It holds for those who buy a home with us, and just the same for those who choose to work with us.

  • We help our clients make their dreams come true.
  • We help the people who work with us fulfil themselves within Dolomitissime. and this is about you, too
  • We help those who trust us buy and sell a home in the Dolomites.
  • And we help them enjoy an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

“Nothing is forever, for better or worse. If after six months you’re not well in a place or a job, nothing happens: you can change.”
