FAQ about our selection process
How long does the selection process take?
Usually a few weeks: from application to offer you go through an introductory call, a questionnaire and an in-person interview. Timing adapts to your availability.
Do I need real-estate experience to apply?
No. At Dolomitissime we look first for motivated people who are good with people: we provide training and support from day one.
How do I prepare for the interview?
No technical preparation needed: we want to get to know you. Bring your questions about the role, the area and prospects. The interview takes place at one of our offices in the Dolomites.
What happens after the interview?
If it’s a good fit we define the offer together and your journey at Dolomitissime begins, with training and a go-to person during your first months.
