Real Estate Agent

You acquire and sell properties in the Dolomites, guiding clients from valuation to closing with the full support of the Dolomitissime team.

What you’ll do

• Find and acquire new properties for sale
• Valuations, viewings and negotiation
• Guide clients through a professional experience, all the way to closing
• Build trust on the ground: here the market is about relationships, not volumes

What we offer, based on your experience

• You already have experience: mentoring from senior tutors in the first months, no sales pressure. You work with a VAT number and we guarantee a fixed amount for the first months.
• Real estate is new to you: mentoring throughout the first year with a guaranteed salary; from the second year you move to a VAT number.

• Commercial or real-estate experience (a plus, not a requirement)
